Black Tie Ball

Beginning with a feasibility study to determine whether a new event would appeal to the Conservancy’s individual donors and then implementing the plan for the event to be in the Park, our team has taken the Black Tie Ball from 400 to 800 guests, and grown the event's revenue to $1.3 million in five years. The Ball takes place in a 16,000 square foot tent on Pier 2 in Brooklyn Bridge Park and features a seated dinner and program, and After Party, with Brooklyn Bridge and the Manhattan skyline as the backdrop.
